The Bulb Horn: The Veteran Motor Car Club of America, Inc. Spring 1958 issue; Vol. 19, No. 2. Accompanied by a letter from W.H. Leathers of Hingham, MA to Mrs. Samuel Eliot of Newton, MA, explaining that he is forwarding the magazine because it features an obituary for her late husband. Leathers also writes, "There are other facts, known to me, which I should have liked to insert in this paragraph, as, for instance, the creation of the Scarab car, but it has been customary to mention, in such cases, only a member's direct activities with the club." |
